Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid plan at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. On cancellation, your account is moved to the Free plan. Because upgrades are one-time charges, cancelling stops future upgrades — it does not create a recurring charge to cancel.

Refunds

If you were charged in error, or are not satisfied with a paid upgrade, you may request a refund within 7 days of the payment by contacting us. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically settle within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may be declined where the plan’s usage has been substantially consumed, or where we detect abuse of the Service.

How to request

Email us from the address associated with your account via the Contact page, including your payment ID. We respond within 1–2 business days.
